Shipping Coverage

We currently provide shipping services exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

To provide accurate delivery estimates, we categorize our shipping timeline into two parts: Handling Time and Transit Time.

Note: Total estimated delivery time is generally 6–13 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reliable third-party carriers to ensure your furniture arrives safely.

  • Standard Items: Smaller items are shipped via ground services (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
  • Large Furniture & Freight: Oversized items such as outdoor sofas, dining sets, or fire pits are shipped via specialized freight carriers.
  • Curbside Delivery: For freight shipments, delivery is typically curbside. The carrier may contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery window.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Meadowbrook Antiques is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Delivery Inspection & Damages

We encourage customers to inspect all items immediately upon arrival.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please document the damage with photographs of both the item and the original packaging.
  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@meadowbrookantiques.com to initiate a resolution.
  • All damage claims are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
