Refund and Returns Policy

At Meadowbrook Antiques, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor furniture purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return and refund process in accordance with the terms below.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unused condition and in the same packaging in which it was received.

Return Process To start a return, please contact our support team at support@meadowbrookantiques.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  1. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
  2. Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as they may not be processed.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, Meadowbrook Antiques will cover all return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

Refunds Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
  • Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the product is damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours at support@meadowbrookantiques.com with clear photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for these cases.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The most efficient way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations Orders can be canceled at no cost before they have been dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a standard return, and return shipping costs will apply.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase.
  • Items that have been assembled, modified, or show visible signs of outdoor use.
